"Not a great attitude from the reception staff during check-in, telling us that the room we booked didn't exist and blaming Hotels.com for advertising this non-existing room. Eventually, after dragging our luggage from one room to another for an hour, they put us into an OK-ish room but still not as advertised, and refused to upgrade us to a better room for free. "Very nice resort of high standard. The only drawback could be that it is a bit remote, but with a rental car this is no issue. Really nice restaurants offering delicious foods. Relatively large swimming pool that never appears crowded. Staff generally friendly and willing to help. When in a room higher up quite some stairs to walk but a golf-cart service is available as well. Definitely a recommendation!!!"
