Relajante y tranquilo

El hotel es antiguo pero está renovado. Tiene amplios salones para estar tranquilo. En la estancia incluyen un circuito de termas que es básico pero correcto. Además puedes hacer uso del lago termal cuantas veces quieras. En la habitación dejan albornoz. Tiene una zona de aparcamiento enfrente del hotel. Principalmente se ve que los clientes son parejas.

Muy sucio el hotel

Experiencia desagradable en cuanto a la habitación. El entorno y el lago es espectacular. En cambio, las instalaciones interiores del hotel muy decepcionantes. La habitación olía MUY mal a tabaco. Pero no reciente, sino incrustrado en las cortinas y paredes viejas. El cabecero gastado y roto. Las sábanas olían regular también. Todo muy sucio y viejo en general. La sala del desayuno tenía TODAS las mesas con manchas y manteles sucios. Una pena que no cuiden y renueven el hotel. El spa es original y estaba bien. Sin duda merece la pena por el entorno pero no por el mantenimiento y estado del hotel en sí mismo.

Se debería mejorar el spa, ya que deja mucho que desear. Si no vas a dar un buen servicio no lo ofrezcas y más, si hay cosas que no funcionan y si no cumple las expectativas. Por lo demás, personal amable, buen desayuno y tranquilidad.

Del lago esperaba que me impresionará más la tempe

Yo elegí este balneario para poder disfrutar de su lago y su paseo termal. El lago muy limpio, su vista bonita y su agua a una temperatura de 28 grados, muy bien, pero yo había leído que eran 32 y la encontré bien pero con poca temperatura para lo que esperaba. El circuito termal está bien, dado que sus aguas como bien se indica son termales, sulfuradas, etc. , pero con Spa y para tanta gente se queda corto. La habitación amplia y limpia, las camas para 4* son un poco incomodas, el cuarto de baño por la presión del agua perfecto. La atención del personal agradable.

air condition turned off in all hotel rooms

i booked this hotel through expedia without understanding exactly whats going on ther. is it a 3 star 4 star or 5. so it seems that they have 3 wings, this one is 4 stars, the one with the parque in the name is the 3 stars and the 5 stars seems to be closed currently. i decided do book this hotel rather than the competitor Hotel Balneario Alhama de Aragon - and it wish they didnt have such similar names - because of the minibar in the room. it was mentioned they have airconditio in room , but they forgot to mention that it can be used only for heating on the month of May. some of the staff behaved strange and were not communicative, and one receptionist tried to fix the problem but we were left with bad taste. the hote itself is renovated and has huge spaces and is airconditioned in public areas and has some good points in it, but next time i will try th competitor.

He estado el fin de semana con mi madre. Es la segunda vez que vamos. El trato excepcional, como siempre. Todo muy limpio y confortable. El hotel es encantador. Lo único negativo es que las instalaciones donde se dan los masajes (no son propias del hotel) están algo viejas:y los alrededores algo descuidados. Sin duda volveremos a ir

Viaje al pasado

Me gustó mucho el lago termal, que permite bañarse incluso cuando el clima no invita a ello. Y también disfruté de estar en un hotel balneario antiguo, con esos edificios que transportan a otras épocas. Sin embargo, la habitación era cómoda y moderna. En general muy buena opinión.

lago impresionate, merece la pena

Nos desviaron al hotel Gran Cascada (5☆) porque no había habitaciones disponibles (4☆). Una pena que tenga humedades ciertas zonas del hotel. El piscina de chorros no funcionaba y nos dieron a elegir dos opciones. Impresionate el Lago, se te olvida todo lo demás.
