"The room was great! The only problem is that you could hear all the road noise! And when asked for when we want our housekeeper to come by we picked Thursday of that week, just to get fresh towels, they never came by. So if you are wanting your room cleaned or bed made everyday you best say everyday. Other than that I would definitely stay again."

"We were slightly nervous reading a few reviews and even pulling into the hotel (it's an awkward location) but we were pleasantly surprised. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was extremely helpful, breakfast was more than we anticipated, and the room was huge and very clean. We checked in promptly at 3:00pm and got to witness housekeeping putting extra effort into ensuring rooms were clean. The breakfast attendant maintained that area and kept options stocked. The gym was clean and had a decent array of equipment. The indoor pool area was also clean and very chlorinated lol. The gentleman who I checked out with was very concerned about making sure our stay was enjoyable."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Walking distance to downtown for restaurants, shopping, and some of the museums, and a short drive to Chocolate World and Hershey Park. Breakfast was always great and our kids loved the pool and games in the lobby. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Hershey!"

"We stayed three nights at this hotel and unfortunately experienced multiple significant issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in our original room was completely nonfunctional, requiring us to pack up and move rooms late at night. While we appreciated being relocated, the replacement suite also had air-conditioning problems. The bedroom unit did not cool adequately, and one of us ended up sleeping on the couch for part of the stay because the living area was noticeably cooler than the bedroom. Two days into our three-night stay, we were then asked to move rooms a second time because the suite we had been placed in had been reserved by another guest. After already dealing with a maintenance issue, a late-night room move, and inadequate air conditioning in the replacement room, being asked to pack and relocate again during such a short stay was frustrating and disruptive. What was most disappointing was the customer service surrounding the situation. Rather than focusing on an apology, reasonable resolution or compensation, the conversations with front desk management became centered on our need to vacate the room for the next guest who’d been promised a jacuzzi tub. The hotel was clean the pool was nice and the location was convenient, but the combination of the maintenance issues and the way the front desk treated us was unacceptable and embarrassing. We’re working with Best Western Corporate at this point."
