"Not a fan of the no-staff on site sort of thing. It's supposed to all be automated but I can't stand signing in through a bunch of apps and making accounts just to get into my room. I had an issue or two while there that I wanted to ask a staff person about (parking options nearby, procedure for X or Y at the hotel) and instead I just found myself doing guestwork. The place itself was fine enough, but I just can't say it was any better than okay with how awful it was to bumble around like an idiot to try to figure things out rather than have a staff person help."

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2 people for 5 days was pretty sparse. Most of the dishes and pots had food stuck on them and had to be washed before using. The price was good if it had been any higher we would have left and got a hotel room somewhere instead. "
