"This hotel was nice and the staff was super, the problem is the location of the room we were in was directly adjacent to a gas station. Very loud (Harley type) motorcycles woke us at 11, midnight, 2am, 4am. We understand this is not the hotels fault but wanted them to be aware that noise mitigation is a reason we would not stay there again."

"We check in at 4:45 pm to be informed that the pool is out of order. (Which was the whole reason we booked that hotel) but that’s okay, stuff happens. We improvised & went to Russell Sims (with only an hour to let the kids roam before they closed.) so +$50 on our trip— We get back to the rooms (we booked 2) and learn our fridge is not working. — maybe it’s unplugged I thought. Only to discover COCKROACHES. ALIVE & DEAD!! So we go to the front desk to request another set of rooms because now the kids won’t have anything to drink. They say they have no rooms We went to the gas station to buy a cooler & ice for the kids. — +$25 again. maybe we can at least get what we had to pay out of our pocket covered by the “amenities” that the hotel advertises that they had but did not have. Next day Me and my stepmom go downstairs. The lady was on the phone and waved her finger and said “I’ll be with you all in one moment” , again no problem , she was on the phone and we were willing to wait. Fast forward maybe 2 minutes. She flies out the office. “I TOLD YOU ALL I WOULD BE WITH YOU ALL IN A FEW MOMENTS — WAIT IN THE LOBBY” In that moment I was stunned. I didn’t know how to react so I said “maam we were waiting like you ask “NO I AM NOT PUTTING UP WITH RUDE ATTITUDES” I’m now panicking bc of anxiety so we ask if there is anyone above her and she tells us to leave, calls the cops & the cop “bans us” from the property. All on my daughter’s birthday."

"Very clean, bed was very comfortable. My shower was great. Woke up earlier than I planned on due to noises from other guests. The walls are rather thin. I had higher expectations for the place from the reviews given so wanted to balance it to be more realistic. It is a very nice place for the price, but ensure your expectations aren’t too high either. Felt safe and comfortable. Checked for bed bugs just in case and they were clean. Other reviews are complaining about the $50 deposit hold when it says it in the description. Hard to tell if that has been added later or if the other reviewers just didn’t read."
