First of all, the staff was amazing… beyond friendly and helpful. We got stuck there in a snowstorm and it was no problem to stay an extra night. They even allowed me to switch my room after the first night because the elevator and service station were too noisy for us and our service dogs. Not only did they accommodate. They were super nice about it with no attitude and totally understood about the dogs. The room was clean. The area was safe and the location is ideal! We will be back!
