"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. "The property was easy to find, and convenient parking was just in front of the establishment. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and had a balcony with a nice view overlooking a grassy, hillside pasture (our stay was the middle of September, so do not expect anything green during the ski season). Needless to say, we did not stay at the hotel as contrary to what was listed on the site, it is not near Lech. When we went to cancel our reservation, there was no answer from the hotel. Currently dealing with Hotels.com to get a refund."
