"House keeping was everyothwr day but didnt get during sunday to thursday stay. Such great desk staff and issue with door lock was fixed by the nicest manager"

"We just left the Sunset Vistas. There are some good features - rooms are big (while bathrooms are tiny), kitchen is equipped well and proximity to the ocean is nice. Management is awful. We booked 2 rooms with the same itinerary for the same family back in November. Since then we called the hotel three times asking what should we do to ensure we have rooms next to each other. We have 4 kids, one of them is special needs, so having rooms next to each other is a safety feature for our family. We told the management about this multiple times before and upon arrival. They gave us two rooms in the opposite wings of the building located on different levels. They told us that they will take care of this next day, they never did. We came to the front desk every single day for the first 5 out of 8 days of our stay. Every day we were told that tomorrow suite close to ours departing and next days manager would give another lame excuse. To add to the worst hotel experience, for 8 days zero time cleaning was done, we had to wash the towels, because they were not changing them and it was never enough when we requested them. No toiletries were refilled (three small tubes were supposed to serve my family for 8 days, I guess). Moreover, the toilet paper was brought after multiple reminders and coming to the front desk on the second day after the first request. The hotel itself is not bad and looks very nice, but the management and service issues made our trip dangerous and very stressful "

"Easy access to the beach was the best. Just took my beach chair and took the path directly to the beach. Parking was easy and safe. The kitchen had everything needed to cook along with dishes and silver ware. Clean linens were provided along with toilet paper and paper towels. The room was very clean and loved the nostalgic bathroom, but the tub needed some TLC and cleaning around the caulk. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The pool was also clean and the water was warm for a nice evening swim. My only complaint was there were 2 remotes for the tv...one worked and one didn't and should have been removed. We will definitely come back and stay again:) Thanks for a wonderful Spring Break 2026!!"

"The location is great for eating, shopping and beach. Our room was near the road and was noisy at night. The door and window could use blackout curtains. Other than that, great place. Parking was also excellent. "

"Robert was amazing! The rooms are kept up nice. They are cute and cozy. It was a quiet, peaceful spot. It was so nice to ve just steps away from the beach ⛱️ "

"Room directly above restaurant -good view of beach but air handlers noisy. Front door closed at top but not at bottom so it had a large gap in door jamb. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Elevator had signs that key card was needed to access rooms but it did’t work. Would have felt safer if it was working."
