“아들과 둘이 호텔에 숙박하였습니다 처음 배정받은 방에 창문 유리가 깨져 있었습니다 직원한테 이야기 하니 리셉션 직원 둘중 한명이 유리가 깨진방이라는걸 알고 있었습니다 그 사실을 알고도 방을 배정 했다는 사실에 굉장히 화가났습니다 새로 배정받은 방은 객실키가 한개는 작동하지 않았습니다 리셉션에 이야기 하니 자기들은 이유를 모른다고 하면서 저한테 객실키가 작동하지 않은 이유를 아냐고 묻더군요. 정말 당황스럽고 황당한 질문 이었습니다. 직원들이 손님을 대하는 태도가 정말 무례하고 기분이 나빴습니다. 서비스 관련 교육이 정말 필요한 직원들 이었습니다.절대로 추천 하고 싶지 않은 호텔 입니다”
“We stayed here for 3 nights in August. It is located within a walking distance from the main train station and the bus stops are close as well. The room was decent in size and was very nicely appointed with ample space for the wardrobe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious. There is no refrigerator or an iron in the room, but we could borrow a steamer. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Salzburg in the future.”
“이동하기 편안한 위치~~~ 역이랑 버스터미널 바로 옆이고 그라츠 센터가는 메트로도 바로 옆이라 이동하기도 편했어요 전 스케줄상 그라츠에 거의 새벽 3시에 도착이다 보니 새벽에 버스 터미널 내리자마자 도보 5분거리에 있어서 좋았어요 객실도 깨끗하고~~제 경험으론 독일 오스트리아에서 묵은 호텔은 금액에 상관없이 깨끗한건 기본인 듯~~^^객실 크기 가 다를 뿐~~”

"호텔 직원들이 매우 친절하고, 도움을 주기 위하여 노력하고 있다는 것을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원들 2명과 레스토랑 직원 1명으로부터 각각 개인적인 도움을 받을 일이 있었는데, 모두 성실하게 제 요청을 듣고 도와주었던 점이 돋보였습니다. 방 크기나 조식 등도 적절하고, 호텔 위치가 역 바로 앞에 있고, 다른 가게들과 인접해 있던 것도 좋았습니다.
I could feel that the hotel staff were very friendly and made genuine efforts to be helpful. On separate occasions, I received personal assistance from two front desk staff members and one restaurant staff member, and all of them stood out for listening attentively to my requests and helping me sincerely. The room size and breakfast were also appropriate, and I appreciated that the hotel was located right in front of the station and close to other shops."
