"Check-in customer service was horrible. I didn't get the guys name but he was not helpful at all. I didn't know there was a $10 parking fee. Besides that, our rooms were great. We had enough towels and it was clean. I did forget to ask for an extra sheet or blanket because my son slept on the pull out couch. I liked the fact that the kitchen was supplied with dishes and cookingware, down to sponge and dish soap to wash when you are done. The breakfast was good, they had potatoes and sausages and eggs, etc. I had no complaints and the coffee was tasty. They also had a pancake maker which was cute. The staff in the morning were 100% better, very polite. Overall I would stay again but maybe next time we can check in at an earlier time."
