Everything was great except for the front desk staff when it came to help. Why did I pay for a joint room to first be told they were unavailable, I didn’t respond then somehow got what I paid for. On my last day early morning the power was cut from one of the rooms, I called front desk for someone to check it out no one did & nothing was done about it. Let’s not forget I am pregnant, what if I had slip & fell in the slippery shower? Then what? No accommodation for the inconvenience, nothing. Disgusting behavior for a 5 star hotel.

Excellent hotel and very convenient for an early morning flight from Malpensa T2. Staff are helpful and friendly and the welcome drink was much appreciated! Food options and the bar were very good.
