Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). "Approach to the property is through an area of town which felt rather rundown and unsafe. The carpark is fully secured, though, the hotel is lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room appeared newly renovated and was fabulous - comfortable bed, external electric shutter that fully blocked all light, enabling a restful sleep. We made use of the large bath, too. A nice breakfast was selected and worth the money. An easy walk to the centre of the old town with lots of eating places...

"Beautiful property. Restaurant was great. All staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem we had to leave for airport at 4:30 am. I did not want to stand at train at that hour of the morning so need to call taxi. Shuttle service did not start til 6:00am. I was not aware of that"

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
