“A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. ”

“Staffs at reception were kind and professional. Welcome and farewell were satisfactory. Spa facility was generally excellent except for the case that no warm water was provided at shower booth in indoor pool around dinner time. Rest of it, overall service and facility were exceptional.
