The hotel and room was clean, beds/pillows were okay. Breakfast was great especially for a smaller hotel. Area was safe with a few restaurants nearby. Only complain was our room was a little noisy, I suspect it was the highway traffic.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Room is always very clean, bed is comfortable and the free breakfast is varied and well prepared. Staff is quite accommodating.

A good, quiet night's sleep
Quiet location, new facility, comfortable bed, clean linen and bathroom. All bed pillows were foam rubber. Microwave & refrigerator in room. The most amazing thing was the quiet location. Even though it was by the highway, it was very quiet & peaceful. I did not have breakfast there, but apparently they also have a bar in that room in the evenings.

We always enjoy staying at this hotel. Staff are very nice. On this particular stay when we checked in, the power was out in the city. The gentleman who checked us in very kindly offered to carry my heavy suitcase to my second floor room due to the elevator not working because of the power outage. That was above and beyond what I expected. He excelled at delivering great customer service and should be recognized by his employer for it. This was at 430 pm on November 6. Rooms are always clean, well stocked and comfortable. Breakfast is good and has many choices.

Took about an hour to check me in. The clerk received my booking from expedia but it didn't make it to their system. I didn't know if issue was going to be resolved because clerk couldn't help me. Manager was contacted and instructed clerk to check me in anyway. It was a lengthy and painful process. Once checked in, everything was great with the hotel itself.

Nice hotel.
The hotel was nice. The only negative was the noise from the interstate but I don’t have any problem sleeping through it. The big complaint I have is that I tried to use my reward cash but was charged the full rate. When I picked the room it showed me the much lower price that included the use of my reward money. However, at final checkout it billed me the full amount. I checked back twice but couldn’t find any step I missed.

One night stay.
Check in was great. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. But their breakfast was not much! Juice machine was broken. We had to ask for more eggs and bacon. Eggs were very bland and bacon was half cooked. They did have waffles you could make. A few muffins and yougart and cold cereal. No fruit or hot cereal. Could do much better!

We were unfamiliar with Cobblestone, decided to take a chance because the price was so reasonable. We were SO impressed. If the rest of the chain is as good as this one, we have a new ‘go to’ when traveling!
