As always, we found the staff to be extremely courteous, hardworking, and friendly, The rooms were clean and inviting. We also loved the food, especially in the buffet.

Very clean resort, our swimup rooms have people attending the water daily. Its also heated. We enjoyed it so very much. There are plenty of bartneders everywhere you go and our serenity club personal butler is so attentive and took care of everything for us. Will definitely be back.

I truly can’t put into words how incredible this place is. Of course it was absolutely beautiful with amazing food, but it was the staff that set it above all others. Everybody was caring and attentive from the moment we checked in. Our room was always freshened up (we loved the turn down service) and were always greeted with a smile and hand on heart. A huge shout out to the entire entertainment team who kept my friends and I laughing and vibing the entire time, rain or shine, day and night!
