โStayed for 26 days and never had a problem really. Price is fair and they had great customer service. This location is the best, all nearby stores and never really had to go too far for food. Good A/C working. The only problem i really had was the ants and bugs getting in my room.โ
โRedDoorz Premium at Villa Beach is amazing property, room are clean and comfortable, a/c and fan, had water complement every day, over-all about the room and facility I highly recommend. No wifi ๐, staffs need to improve their customer service and please I highly recommend to their staffs to trained them how to welcoming the guest with smile.โ
โStaff needs more training especially in house keeping & also the hotel needs to allocate funds on buying proper cleaning equipment such as vacuum & also should have available iron & board whenever it's needed by the costumer not just give them an iron with exposed wires that can be a source or accident or injury.โ
โAll good, room good with quiet a/c but tapping sound irritating from fridge in room #606!
Breakfast superb, Suzanne really looked after us, lovely food. โ
