"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "The hotel staff was excellent any time we had a question or request. The hotel is located right across the tourist information center and really central to all the shops by the pier. The area does get busy when there are cruise ships in port but we used those days to go explore elsewhere. The daily breakfast has a good selection of food to choose from and if you are departing early will provide you a box to take it with you. "

"Loved this hotel. Although it was always busy, we were always seated for breakfast promptly. Breakfast choice was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable - excellent bed!
