This property, located at the airport, is the perfect short stay. We had a layover in Coppenhagen and this worked perfectly. We also had access to metro and could ride into the city for a brief visit. Hotel was very nice! Bed was great, lovely breakfast.

The breakfast was hands-down the best I have ever seen worldwide. AMAZING. The bathtub had no water pressure and a malfunctioning spigot, making a long soak to release travel tensions a challenge. When draining the tub after a VERY long wait to partially fill it, the bath water came UP out of the shower drain across the room (!) Adequate staff was not available to fix the plumbing problems.

This location and the design of the property cannot be beat. You walk easily from the terminal to the hotel. But our stay was not seamless. Our flight was late and on arrival, there was a huge line and the self-check in kiosks were not operational. Once we got in our room, we went to make up the pull-out bed and found used linens in it, and no clean linens in the closet. The front desk was slammed with check-ins and didn’t answer the phone, so we had to go down to ask for clean linens. They were delivered promptly after that. The hair dryer in our room was broken. The main bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was very expensive - $50 for one.

Convenient, close, quiet, ideal for a one night stay or as the main hotel for your stay in Copenhagen. My room was large and the beds super comfortable. Next time i would consider this hotel as my base and get a rail pass and come and go as i like. More than i could have 5hought i would get and the upgrade was amazing

For early check in, even for less than an hour early, front desk did not give us a room. They asked 200 krons for early check in. They had available rooms to check us in but made us wait at the lobby toll exact 3pm. Then gave us the room. Also the pool was empty and the gym eas closed for repairs.

Marilyn the front desk was very rude upon arrival. I had booked the hotel for my stay and my flight had arrived early. I had asked for early check in if possible, and she said she was unable to provide early check in. I had gone back to the 3rd party to see if they were able to change the dates, but was unsuccessful because the date had already passed since it was 1AM. I went back to the front desk and Marilyn said she could charge for an extra day to check in early. I agreed and paid the charge which was ridiculous since it was more than the cost of the night I had booked for. She gave me a key and upon opening the door there was another person already occupying in the room. I went back to the front desk and she gave me another room, which was also occupied. She ended up upgrading me to another room after the 3rd time and provided a complimentary breakfast and chocolates to comp her mistakes. The room had hair on the bedsheets and in the shower. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It seems the hotel staff do not do a full clean of the rooms and only do the bare minimum. This was a terrible experience.

Great hotel, loved being able to walk to airport . Had an early morning flight. My only negative is not with the hotel but the restaurant there. I felt totally ripped off. I was asked if I wanted water? Which usually means it comes with meal. I was charged. I was given the wrong conversion for danish $ to US. I’m Canadian so I knew I had to convert again which I did I expected with tip my meal would be in Canadian about $ 50 less than it was. Be warned with places you spend, especially taxis as well they rip you off. Know the correct exchange! Restaurant totally ripped me off!

The hotel is very convenient if you need to be close to the airport. In my case I had a conference at the hotel so it was very good. I find the restaurant a bit expensive for what the food was, plus there were not many options. Besides the restaurant at the hotel, the only other options were at the airport, which were also not the best. For a hotel like this one, which charge about $250/night, I think should include the breakfast or at least not charge it at $35! I found that extremely expensive. The room was nice and clean. The cream and conditioner dispensers were not filled before nor during my stay. I did not want my towels to be changed during my stay so I followed the hotel instructions and hang them instead of let them in the floor, well to my surprise, they changed them. For the rest of the days I had to leave the Do Not Disturb sign to make sure they did not do that.
