โClean room with a kitchenette, which came in handy. We werenโt prepared for the three high steps that led up to the bed and patio. The room is not accessible, for those who need that information!โ
โMost of things were good. Very clean and nice mood (especially, I love the lights!). But the robe have some smell and one of that is a little wet.โ
โStayed here for a Conference at Bella Centre. Super convenient. Walked back and forth.
Staff were lovely and helpful too. Room was basic with nice linens.
Highly recommend if you need to be in this area of Copenhagen.

โKann ich nicht empfehlen. Der Bett war genau auf hรถhe der Fenster, der einzige Mรถglichkeit sichtblende zu haben war der Verdunkelsgardin stรคndig unten zu haben, was kein Tageslicht bedeutete. Der Bett war durchgelegen und es gab kaum Mรถglichkeiten kleider aufzuhรคngen.โ

"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staffโs attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldnโt find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. "It was wonderful experience to stay at this hotel. Clean, quite, nice very ealy time breakfast (it'sthe best of best), easy to get between airport and hotel. Everything is perfect. "
