"Asia and Tarik were unbelievably nice and helpful. I have never had such good service. It’s 148 steps down and 148 steps back up, but was so worth it. We had the junior suite which is off by itself and secluded. Asia called us a week before and the morning of. She met us at the top of the stairs and walked us down to our room and took took the time to explain everything and answered our questions. The view is one of a kind. This is definitely a must."

That was MY SITUATION and they TOOK MY MONEY and never ANSWERED. I am an INTERNATIONAL TRAVELER and CANT WAIT to be back to Italy , a country that I visit VERY OFTEN, to stop by the hotel to see if they are capable of giving me AN IN PERSON EXPLANATION WITH DETAILS OF WHY THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK AND DID NOT RESPECT THE MEDICAL PAPER THAT I SUBMITTED.
