The hotel was brand new and the cleanest I have ever seen. The pillows were cheap and uncomfortable though, and the breakfast was not appetizing at all - watery eggs, rubbery sausage...

The front desk representative did not know anything about the surrounding area or at least she pretended she didn’t😏😎! Neither the am desk rep or the night desk rep were to friendly. The A/C unit keep shutting off on it’s own but the hotel was very clean, decor was very pleasing and the breakfast was top notch home cooking.

Overall I would stay here again. The rooms were nicely updated and the front desk staff was so kind and friendly! Check in was a breeze. The only con was that breakfast, specifically the eggs were too soggy. But, that’s just me. They had many different options: Eggs, Sausage, Toast, Bagels, Yogurt, Fruit, Biscuits and Gravy, Waffles with toppings, cereal, muffins and pastries. I especially liked that they have a rotating menu for breakfast! For the price, it was outstanding. I would recommend to anyone looking for a short-term or long-term stay.

It is a nice property, but it is all alone in an industrial area. Just felt a bit secluded. I will say they had a really nice breakfast.

I’ve stayed at 3 hotels in this area while on a road trip across the country the last 3 summers. This is my new go to hotel when passing through Amarillo. It was clean, the luggage carts were brand new and the bed was extremely comfortable. I’ll be back in August!

Love this hotel, it's clean and beautiful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Not a lot of food choices close, but there is Taco Joe's down the street. We stayed here last week on our way to Houston. We liked it so much we are staying again tonight.

During our trip to New Mexico from Florida to visit our friends, we stayed at two other hotels that were a complete disappointment. When we arrived at “Best Western Plus Medical Center the accommodations were the very best experienced on this trip. Very nice, clean, modern property. The room was very large. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Our gps had a hard time finding the hotel. But once we did, all was well.

Large room with comfy bed. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast better than other hotels I stay in. New and contemporary and not right on Interstate 40 like so many Other hotels. Mexican restaurant 2 blocks away.
