"This hotel is just amazing, the views from the rooms is second to none. The service is so good from the minute you arrive, they welcome you and make you feel at home. The beds are super comfortable & the amenities are great. Location is perfect as it’s right by little Adam peak and not far from the Ella town. "We did not stay here! They would not check us in even though I showed them we had paid on Expedia. They wanted cash from us. They said Expedia doesn’t pay them and they wanted us to pay again. We didn’t because the place looked dirty and unfinished. We left. Now I’m trying to get my money back from Expedia. i got through on chat, Bupindher said someone from Expedia service would email me but they have not."
