"Restaurant Revel food is terrible! Served it cold and pretty slow service in general. Front desk with a really mediocre service too. The worst was the room: AC/Heater didn’t work at all and the bathroom shower would leak water through all the bathroom floor. "

"Spent three nights at the Double Tree in April during the NFL draft. Arrived late on Thursday night and after checking in walked into the bar/restaurant area looking for something to eat. The restaurant was five minutes from closing but the staff was very accommodating and got an order in for me. Bonnie and Michelle at the bar were very fun to talk with and gave great service each night as we came back from downtown. Pool area was great with a large hot tub and heated pool. Room was wonderful. I would definitely stay at the Double Tree again."

"Time to put this dog down. Everything is old. The bathroom and ceilings are falling apart. Paint and wallpaper are peeling off the walls. Elevators are all damaged and old and something don’t even work. The doors and hallways are all banged up. There’s a serious shortage of staff.. room service is really really really overpriced. Valet parking at $50 a night is more than the airport. The gym is small and with three people in it already felt overcrowded."
