“Condo was clean and well appointed!”

“Although the townhouse is not located right on the beach, all you have to do is walk the length of 2 houses, cross a street and walk on a short boardwalk to the sand. The beach is very open and we were there when it really wasn't beach season so it was very empty and great for walking. The townhouse is very spacious and well appointed. It has old dingy carpet upstairs, old cheap dinnerware, cookware, glassware, etc. Everything is cheap, old and outdated (except the downstairs patio table/chairs, that looks new) Musty smell was horrible -- I went out and bought candles to help mask the smell.
