“We were staying in the old part of the property. I wouldn’t stay there again. The air conditioning unit was loud and rattled, there was a strong sewer smell in the room one morning. Be sure to stay in the newer tower.”

“Hotel was poorly maintained. Rooms and common areas smelled poorly. Items in rooms were broken such as door handles, sliding door stops, etc. It was also obvious that very little cleaning had been done between guests since sand was left in the bathtub which also was very slimy and gross.”

“The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options.”

“Better than expected! Very nice room, comfy bed. This is one of the few hotels that did NOT have a broken shower rod. Nice breakfast, would recommend!”

“Very nice place to visit, but tucked away all on its own. Rooms were nice but we were there during a heat wave and room was hotter than the hallway. After trying to cool it down they moved us across the hallway where the AC worked great (why didn't we start there?). Staff was super helpful with the relocate. Restaurant was nice and has a tiny bar area. Walking trail is nothing more than a mowed loop around the property. Rooms were nice and dinner was nice.”

“Dirty, random, weird, smells like a urinal cake. Our room was so hot and humid everything was damp. The whole vibe of the place was so weird. You get what you pay for.”

“A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...

“Outdoor pool nice”

“We were assigned Room 101. Unfortunately, it was not clean. We found several cigarette butts under the bed, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our toddler. We had expected a clean, non-smoking room. On a positive note, the management was friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing.”

“97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(”
