Smells bad through out. Stains on mattress cover under the sheet. Breakfast was lacking. Waffle machine did not work and options were basically oranges, cereal, and toast. There were small biscuits and gravry but they were not good. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful though.

Ok place to spend the nite while in the road. There were only 9 rooms being used that nite for the entire place, let the check in staff. Asked for 1st floor but was told no clean rooms. It felt like a sketchy location but it was clean and it did have a good breakfast.

Outside Building siding is dangling in some parts. Carpet needs replaced. King suite had no hvac control unit. Stayed two nights, both mornings for breakfast was bad experience cause no one kept the it stocked and was out of alot of stuff. Staff was nice and friendly. The pool and hot tub was relaxing to enjoy.

The room was ok for an overnight stay but I would have booked somewhere else if I knew the conditions of the property. I bathroom ceiling was separating from the ceiling board and the tube drain was clogged. The water would just sit there for over 30 minutes after showering and also the shower was dirty. Also there were black nets in the room, not sure where they were coming from. Breakfast was good.

When we arrived at the hotel it did not appear as the it did in the pictures. You could tell the property was not well kept. The hot tub by the pool was closed for maintenance the 4 days we were there. There were no towels in the pool area. The room was dirty. The room smelled and the carpet was wet. There was tons of dust and dirt in the bathroom under the sink. When I turned on the hot tub in the room black dirt came out of the gets. There was tape on the walls covering up holes. There is no housekeeping during your stay. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The batter for waffles was separated. The sausages was gross. The fruit was all rotten. Will never stay there again!!!!
