“Called to confirm the reservation they were being super rude on the phone just cause i have my family in the background so told me to cancel and i got charge $150 for not even staying there ”

The breakfast area has very used old furniture. The room was outdated and mold on bathroom ceiling. The tv remote only worked when held directly next to tv. Time to put money into your facility and quit putting lipstick on a pig. ”

“We always stay here when we are in Stevens Point. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is a bit older, but it's very clean. It has been updated and we felt very safe there. The breakfast was the usual, waffles, cereal, danish, etc, and most importantly - the coffee was really good! There are plenty of options close by for food, from fast food to pubs and restaurants. Also dog friendly!”
