"The Cobblestone has an ideal location in downtown Point. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. My only complaint was how loud it was. As a newer hotel I would figure that the sound proofing would be really good but it was not. We had 3 rooms of family members in various areas of the hotel and we all could hear people walking and/or running in the rooms above us. Doors slamming was also loud. "We chose to stay at this hotel as it was near Wisconsin Rapids, where our children were participating in a baseball tournament. Melissa greeted us and got us promptly checked into our rooms. After settling in, we asked about on-site laundry services so that we could wash the very dirty white baseball pants. Although there were no guest laundry services, Melissa offered to throw our white baseball pants in the industrial washer as she was needing to wash towels and didn't have a full load. We were thrilled and proceeded to the pool, where she brought the VERY clean pants to us a short while later."
