"Checked in around 2:30pm. Got to the room in the conference center 307 and our keys did not work. Called the front desk and they said to come back down and they would rerun them. Sigh . . . Went to the front desk, went to a different clerk who ran the keys, and back to the room again and they worked this time. My husband and I took a nap and then went out to shop and for dinner. Within that first hour, my back and shoulder started itching. When we got back to the room, my husband looked at my back/shoulder and I had FOUR bites there. We took the bed and pillows apart looking for a spider or something, as I did not have those bites when we entered the room. Could not find anything. Needless to say, we switched sides of the bed."
