"We loved the layout of the room. It was great having recliners chairs and kitchen table and chairs. Loved having a bag of fresh towels, coffee, soap and conditioner left on door even when they weren’t cleaning that day. Breakfast was great. Loved the pool and hot tub. Wish the fireplace was lit until 10:00, was looking forward to relaxing around it in the evening. Some front desk staff weren’t very friendly and that was a shame. Would have been nice to have ice machines on all floors. Hotel was beautiful though and look forward to going back. Definitely worth the money."

"The room was clean, but the shower door would not stay closed and the handle on the toilet kept getting stuck making the toilet continuously run. Just annoyances. Nothing to write home about. Berlin and the surrounding area was absolutely beautiful."

"The staff was great change are towels and wash clothes daily. The breakfast could be better. No eggs or meat. The cable was not the greatest. But we were comfortable."

"It is a beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant is great. Our disappointment was in the room for the large price we paid. The room was much smaller than others. It did not have a microwave or fridge. The shower was dangerously small and extremely slippery. No hand rails at all. ( has towel racks on glass door but can’t use as a hand rails or it would break the door) The slippery fiberglass floor in the shower had no ridges or protective grooves. Very easy to fall. I know from experience. But beautiful setting and wonderful staff."
