โThe breakfast is good. Staff very polite. The Amish theatre is connected to the hotel. Which is convenient if the weather happens to be too cold or rainy.
The only down thing was the elevator there was only one working. So, there was an extended wait time to get to your room. โ

โNestled in the middle of a thriving forest with an overabundance of wildlife. We loved the property with trails and loved birdwatching from our room. โ
โMy wife and I travel from Columbus Ohio to Canton frequently to see family and we absolutely love the Ramada Inn in Strasburg Ohio. The owners and the staff are wonderful, it has a pool, hottub & a bar that has some really good menu items.โ
โThis was not my first option when booking a hotel in Berlin, Ohio. But I'm glad this was an option because the staff was fantastic, I felt safe, and walking distance to a lot of cool options for shopping.โ
โMy husband and I stayed for our 20 year anniversary and this place far exceeded our expectations! We had planned on staying somewhere else but decided last minute to reserve a room here. The view is stunning. I love that there are rocking chairs right outside our door and that we can enter from outside but that we also have access to the inside of the home. We had an issue with the air in our room and we called Leon and he immediately moved us to another room. This was the perfect anniversary...
โWe came out for the eclipse and it was a nice quiet accommodation for us and our friends. The kids really enjoyed all the animals and sitting on the back porch. Lots of space. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.โ
โWhat an amazing property! Our kids had a blast. From the koi pond, to the play houses and play area, hot chocolate machine, to the path, pool, hot tub, cold plunge... topped off with a little movie theater!! It was wonderful and we will be back.
All that said, the front desk staff needs a TON of work. Not friendly or inviting, and didn't explain anything that the wonderful resort offered!!!!
In the morning there was an instructor led class in a beautiful gym... NONE of this was explained to...
