The hotel has seen its day... Cigarette smoke invaded the room every single day, very intense even though it was supposed to be non smoking. Some nights, guests were so loud passed midnight.
Breakfast not good, unappealing. Sink and shower faucets were bad, spayed water every where, took 3 requests over 2 days to get them fix. Grimes and pealing wall papers...... The lack of care with the details was so visible. The list goes on.
The few positive things are decent bed, AC unit and polite staff.
I hate to complain but I was disappointed because our room was not cleaned. And my other room had a real bad tobacco smell. We had to go down to the lobby and let them know to change our rooms. They didn’t believe us and sent someone to go check. We asked for another room and were told we can upgrade to a suite. I will always recommend this hotel because its location is in the heart of shopping and food districts and the airport is not far. Also their breakfast is not bad at all.
First of all my bad experience started with Expedia I checked on single occupancy however we were two
When I arrived to the hotel they asked for extra 20 jod because we were two
When I checked online it was the same rate
I contacted the help line with Expedia they were not helpful
And I am sure it’s unfair I should have been refunded for the extra money
The room was horrible smelly and not clean at all the towels were old
The amenities are not there
The whole room smells old and rotten
Disgusting honestly and should not be ranked as four stars at all
The worst hotel I have stayed in in my life. The room was nasty, the bed sheets had stains, and there was mold and peeling paint on the walls. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
Dear Expedia Customer Support,
I am contacting you to formally request a **full refund** for my reservation at the Olive Tree Hotel. I booked and paid for a three-night stay, but the condition of the hotel was so unacceptable and unsanitary that I was unable to remain there.
I arrived at the hotel and left early the following morning after staying for only approximately **six hours**. I did not even stay for a full night, let alone the three nights I had booked.
The condition of the hotel, particularly the bathrooms, was extremely disturbing. The bathrooms were **filthy, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained to an acceptable standard**. Basic necessities such as **toilet paper were not even provided**. The overall cleanliness made me extremely uncomfortable, and I did not feel that it was sanitary or healthy to continue staying there. This was far beyond simply being dissatisfied with a hotel—the accommodations were not in a condition that I considered reasonably suitable for an overnight stay.
Because of these conditions, I raised the issue and was **told that I would receive a full refund**. Based on that assurance, I left the property. However, I have still not received the refund that was promised.
I paid for **three nights and used only approximately six hours of the reservation because the conditions forced me to leave**. I should not be charged for accommodations that I could not reasonably use, particularly after I was specifically told that the reservation woul
Property is about average.
A lot of the furniture needs to be fixed.
Tv was about to fall down.
Bathroom had no toiletries.
Safe was broken and had no batteries, not working.
In the restaurant, a rude lady was saying that we had our reservation without breakfast, which is not true, was talking to us in a rude way, as if we were stealing.
Then she went back to her computer, and saw that she was mistaken, and never came back to apologize.
I went to the reception and told me that everything was fine.
Not a good experience
