“Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!”

The location is convenient, close to the port but not much immediately closeby. So, you’ll likely need a car unless you want to spend all your time walking. They arranged everything we asked for including atvs. Beautiful property with fantastic views. Great central location and easy access to all parts of the island. ”

“We reserved a “standard” room. There was good communication prior to arrival; however, we were not informed there are several apartment buildings belonging to this complex. Inside, we found several empty bottles in lower cabinets. The breakfast basket was delivered to our unit every morning in a timely manner; however, there was limited variety. ”
