“This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position.”

“We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. “Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. Bus tickets are available from reception in the hotel but you have to pay in cash for these. They are much cheaper if you buy them here rather than paying the bus driver on the bus. Our stay...
