Lots of new building happening around Holiday Inn so abit more difficult to access hotel. Limited space/parking at front entrance. Parking was extra but expect in Europe.

The service of the staff was outstanding.Everyone we dealt with were super fantastic.The people were awesome. the surrounding property is terrible because of all the contstruction going on, but this is not the hotels fault.The hotel needs some food options as there is no place close by...Overal we enjoyed our stays there.

I paid more in expedia.com for the option of pay at the property because wanted to pay in cash but when I got there the hotel didn't except cash only card and I was very upset because I paid more for nothing. Also no room services in the evening , asked for extra blanket and didn't have. Breakfast was very poor. Very cheap hotel for a lot of money.

However, taxis are readily available and can typically reach the hotel from the airport in just 15 minutes. Not informed that the hotel was surrounded by a construction site , the room was not up to expectations, no fridge, no safe, only Luke warm water in the sink(health and safety apparently) the bed was right against the wall and if you turn over in the night you would knock the art work off the wall, the star were excellent, the hotel was clean, unfortunately many carpet stains in the public area's,

Construction works all around hotel with work going on all through the night. Multiple stains on walls and carpets. Staff incompetent, asked for a bottle of wine was charged for 2 glasses and then for a full bottle (total €43!!!!) rather than just for the bottle we asked for.

Room was extremely hot and could not control the AC individually. It was controlled manually by the front desk. Changed rooms and still did not help. Asked if we could check out early and just pay for the nights we stayed and was told we would not receive a refund. Made for a miserable stay.

Perfect service from staff. I would have given this hotel 5 star if there was a free shuttle bus to and from the Amsterdam Airport. It was so expensive getting Uber or taxi to the hotel and the area is not close to anything.

I came from Boston, USA for vacation. This was a good place to stay because it's near the train. I was a woman traveling alone and felt very safe walking around the area. The staff was accommodating and the property was clean and comfortable. I took trains into Amsterdam and also to Schiphol airport to connect with other trains to The Hague and Hengelo to meet friends.

Our stay was brief - just overnight prior to our flight - but the hotel was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was nice as well. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel at the moment, but that did not disturb us.

This hotel is really tucked away, feels in the middle of nowhere. Bonus is the train station is across the road so can travel into amsterdam central but abit of a headache as not close to central at all, but this hotel is one stop away from the airport. Overall a good hotel!

Not as stated.They only take credit/debit cards, no cash. This property is not close to Amsterdam. Limited breakfast options. Construction everywhere. Other people at the hotel had stuff stolen from their safe. Had the displeasure of listening to that conversation, while I waited for my owe issues to be taken care of. Room was not clean. Mold throughout the bathroom. Stains on the floor and dirty sheets on the bed. Housekeeping was terrible. All they did was make beds with same linen. How did I know do you ask? I put stuff under the blanket and it was there when we got back for the room. The final straw was when my son went to get a shower and he yelled that there was poop smeared on the towels that they left for us. Terrible place. Hands down will never go back again. Also the first thing we got to see the the window going into the hotel smashed. The only thing I liked about it was the guy on night shift who helped me oreder food and called me a cab. Other then that I would never recommend this place.
