Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome park right at doorstep. Nice restaurants nearby about 5-10 mins walk. But metro station quite a distance (about 15 mins) especially with luggage.

This hotel was really good!! The staff were the standouts. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always willing to give suggestions. I do think cleaning could be a bit better, our room was dusty and the bathroom had mildew stains but nothing that was detrimental to our stay. Location was perfect. As multiple tram lines are nearby. Breakfast and the restaurant were perfect

We liked the hotel overall. Felt a little dated in some spots. for the most part, room was clean but i found leftover food in fridge and a scrunchie by the bed. Staff was very friendly. Loved being close to park and the building was nice.

Gorgeous property with helpful, friendly staff.

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are polite and friendly. The property is beautifully situated next to a park, and well connected to public transportation. Grocery stores, pharmacies and places to eat are within 10 minutes walk. Note that the rooms are not identical; you may see the pictures of a particular room but your room may not look like that.

Love that this hotel had a park setting very quiet in a nice area little restaurants around that you could walk to for breakfast or dinner. The hotel restaurant was nice as well. They make a great limoncello spritz that we enjoyed would definitely recommend to stay here.

Hotel Arena is such a beautiful mix of old and new, the building has so much character, but everything feels modern and comfortable. The location next to Oosterpark is peaceful, and it’s still easy to get to the city center. The staff were super friendly, and the restaurant was a great surprise. I’d definitely stay here again.

A hotel in a beautiful, quiet setting by the park. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, both in the hotel and in the restaurant and bar. The lockers were very handy for leaving luggage and the room was spacious, clean and as described. We would definitely stay again.

Top quality stay

Had a lovely stay in Hotel Arena for a 3-day getaway in March. The hotel was impeccably maintained and staff were helpful and friendly (breakfast was good too!) The room felt spacious with the split-level design and the bed was enormous. It's a shame we only had 2 nights and would definitely consider it as my first choice for a stay if I return to Amsterdam.
