Considered good in Amsterdam. Same floor sometimes required to walk small-step stairs (difficult for some with heavy luggage!). Bathroom shower is easy to flood (wet) the bathroom.

Conveniently Located, Great Friendly Staff

The place is conveniently located, close to food, supermarkets and to the main road where you can catch the bus or go to open malls with activities. The entire staff was great and willing to help me out on anything.

We stayed in a standard double room. It was very small. There was not enough room to unpack and no dresser. The bathroom had a half wall in the shower so water would fill the bathroom floor. The bed and pillows were fairly comfortable. The AC was cold. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard every day. Very close to Voldel Park and the museum district.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was impeccably clean, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I would honestly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. The room was super and you want for nothing - even a welcome hand written note along with a bottle of wine. Will definitely stay again.
