"The value for money of the hotel was good. It was a pleasant stay and staff was friendly. The Termas building is separate and is a bit outdated but I liked the circuit and different treatments I had there. It’s not a Spa in the conventional sense, but I was expecting that. "The hotel was just stunning! Like stepping into a Fitzgerald novel. The staff was so helpful, kind and friendly. Made great recommendations and helped booked reservations. I had an emergency and had to leave early but will definitely go back. Loved the old hotel and the lovely staff!"
