"Beautiful resort. Definitely earned the luxury title. The pool could have been heated as we did visit in the fall, but the water was beautiful and we still swam. I noticed there was a decent amount of grime in the corners but it is such a large pool I was not too surprised. Overall this didn’t create an issues. The bed was very firm but house keeping was great and immediately got us an extra topper. The staff were all amazing and we definitely noticed the luxury service in the house keeping frequency, room service speed and professionalism and the mini bar refreshes. Also the food was amazing. Best all inclusive food we have had. The desserts were all unreal. One thing I will mention is that there are planes flying low overhead every hour so more during the day so if you’re looking for a super peaceful escape this may not be the one. But if you can overlook the planes, we still felt very relaxed and the vibe was awesome. Overall gorgeous property, and we will stay again. "

"Property is certainly not 5* more like 3 or 4* - quite tired in areas, food options at night very similar, not great quality and lots of food missing as not replenished. Room quite basic and swim up room was not worth it as ours was in the shade for much of the day. The property is quiet but lacks choice of facilities."

"Stayed there in June 2025. Staff were fantastic. Hotel really good. Only thing I would have slightly criticised was the lack of water heating in the swimming pools. Still able to enjoy a swim, though. Otherwise, I couldn’t fault it at all."
