"They gave us a handicap room that smelled bad + the door was sticky/jammed. Breakfast was below average. Outside was poorly maintained. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Hotel also overcharged us also compared to the my Expedia total amount. Better hotels around here & we won't be back."

"I had a tough experience. Upon arrival in the evening, there was vomit in front of my room. I alerted the front desk. The next morning, and through the next evening, the vomit remained. I alerted staff again and it finally was cleaned. Also upon arrival, a ghetto spray painted e-bike was stored directly outside the door, making access to the room difficult. After 2 day of it being unused, I moved it a few feet to a small storage location under the stairs. Additionally, a maintenance/paint crew was working during our stay. The hotel owner asked if it was OK if they worked on the door, and I asked for them to wait until we left for the day. We were prepping to leave and didn't want wet paint around, nor the inconvenience of a worker in the entryway of our room. Despite this, and a do not disturb sign on our door, scraping and painting of the door continued. The owner actually removed the do not disturb sign during the conversation. Despite all this.... The owners have a wonderful little dog that in enjoyed, and the hotel location is definitely convenient for the beach, restaurants, public transit, etc."

"The property was very clean. The rooms were replenished and tidied daily. The day time staff were very nice and would greet you. The night time staff would get you what you needed but seemed to prefer not to speak unless prompted. The rooms were quiet but very compact. I didn't love the sliding bathroom door for privacy reasons. I'm not sure about all of the beds, but our bed was not comfortable at all. I almost asked if we could have our room changed just because the bed was so uncomfortable. Again, this could have just been the bed in our room because most guest reviews show good reviews for the bed. The breakfast was good and a different selection each day that we were there. Overall good experience."
