"Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, situated right across the street from Bayside Station, where the monorail whisks you straight to the Disney parks in minutes. No long drives or parking hassles, just an easy ride to the magic. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained and welcoming throughout. Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of food options that catered to just about every taste in our group. Whatever you were in the mood for, there was something to satisfy. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the customer service. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making us feel at home. The entire staff spoke English exceptionally well, which made communication effortless and added to how welcomed we felt during our stay. We left feeling thoroughly taken care of and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Disney parks who wants comfort, convenience, and standout hospitality."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bay Tokyo! The experience was excellent from start to finish. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, making it a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. One of the biggest conveniences was the hotel shuttle that provides easy transportation to DisneySea, making our visit stress-free and enjoyable. Another great benefit is the ability to reserve a limousine bus directly from the hotel to the airport. It was very convenient, affordable, and made our departure much easier. Overall, the service, cleanliness, amenities, and transportation options made this a fantastic stay. We would definitely recommend Hilton Bay Tokyo to anyone visiting Tokyo and would happily stay here again!"

"We enjoyed the hotel and resort. We came to watch a baseball game and the location was very convenient. We stored our luggage before check-in and after check out providing us time to explore the area. We were surprised that the shops were only open from the afternoon. Tattoos are not allowed in the public bath, unless you have a smaller one and cover it with a seal, available at the front. The staff were kind and helpful with ok knowledge of the area. They were unaware of the Monday closure of the nearby garden they recommended we visit. It is too bad there is no where we could enjoy the sunset on the bay without going to a restaurant. We found the Asian Sagar restaurant overpriced and not very good, don’t go! We enjoyed breakfast included and lunch at momo restaurant. we will definitely visit again, thank you."
