Very clean and convinent to food ootions within the outer airport. Staff were welcoming upon arrival amd directed you towards the kiosk. Very seamless check-in procedure. Minn Nishi Kasai

The room was clean, and it was across from a convince store which made it very convenient when arriving late into Japan for quick easy food or drinks.
