โThe hotel is hands free as far as staff is concerned. Completely automated. They send an email with the room code as a room key to get into the room. We didn't talk to anyone.
The room was quaint, clean, and comfortable. The bed was good. Very convenient to the places we went to on the area. Thank you.โ

โThe staff was extremely friendly & courteous. Our room was upgraded and was nice. Only negative was people were smoking right outside the doors. This is not something the hotel staff could really do anything about though. โ
