Tuvalet kâğıdı yeni olarak konulmamıştı. Aracımızın uzun olması nedeniyle otopark kullanamadık ve park ettirdikleri alan otele ait olmayan bir apartmanın metruk önüydü. Sigarasız oda seçmemize karşın oradaki yorgan sigara kokuyordu.

Aslında zincir otel olması nedeni ile biraz daha ileri seviye bir hizmet beklemiştik ancak beklediğimiz gibi olmadı. Öncelikle kendi segmentinden daha aşağıda olan oteller ile kıyaslandığında bile eksik noktaları var. Çift kişilik yapılan rezervasyonda bile odada su tek adet? Bir çok otelde kaldım ama tuvalet kağıdı bile yedeklenmemişti. Kahvaltıda en sıradan olan beyaz peynir bile yoktu. Bunun dışında tuvalet girdiğimizde temiz değildi. Daha önce konaklayanların kalıntıları vardı. Yatak ve çarşaflar temizdi. Çift kişilik konaklamların karşılığı olan hizmet çift kişilik odada olmadığı için ve sanki tek kişi konaklıyormuş gibi hizmet verildiği için puanlayacak olsam 5/10 derdim. Tekrar konaklayacağımı sanmıyorum.

Temizlik güzeldi , otelde internet wifi sıkıntılı bağlantı yapmak için iphone telefon için otel personeli gelmesi gerekiyor bağlantı zahmetli , tv yayınında müzik yayınları yok , tv yayın kalitesi de çok kötü , kahvaltı güzeldi , personel güler yüzlü yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor , öğle yemekleri de güzeldi

I satay in this hotel last year that was great and the only reason I booked this again this yer but it wasn’t like last yer the 2 room I have booked it was smelling very bad and I phone some one in reception for extra blanket they refuse to bring me one . Very bad service no more for me in this hotel I’m paying for it I will go to a different hotel next time

Excelente elección

Excelente relación calidad- precio. El hotel se encuentra muy bien situado, en la zona de Kizilay, lo que te permite disponer de numerosas opciones de restauración próximas, pero en un tramo de calle muy tranquilo. La habitación y el baño eran muy amplios, cómodos, limpios y modernos. Hay una estación de metro bastante cerca.

Merkezi konumu uygun fiyatı için tercih ettik genel olarak memnun kaldık odaları gayet geniş yatakları konforlu kat hizmeti biraz zayıf eski otellerin kaderi adını koyamadığı bir koku oluyor Halı mı gider mi rutubet mi anlayamıyorum ama çok azdı 3 arkadaş 3 ayrı odada konakladık 2 odada var 1 odada yoktu koku kokuyu da sadece ben aldım diğer arkadaşlarım hissetmedi kahvaltı biraz daha lezzetli olabilir ve kahvaltı saati süresince bitenler yenilense daha iyi olur, bitmesine 10 dakika var diye biten peyniri yenilemediler mesela hani çok önemli mi o peyniri yememek ya da o saate sıcakların bitmiş olması hayır bir şekilde karın doyuyor ama sanki yenilense ve herkese yetecek kadar olsa profesyonel olur

Guzel ama.dikkatli olmalilar.

Temiz bir otel kahvaltisi yeterli, calisanlar guleryuzlu. Sabah 8 de oda kapisinda McDonalds da calisanlar gibi bagrisan HouseKeeping de olmasa mukemmel olacakti.uyarmak zorunda kalinca odanin dolu oldugunu farketmediklerini soylemeleri de komik oldu!
