We stayed for one week at the Crowne Plaza Ankara. The hotel is very modern and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was was very good, with a wide variety of choices. The staff were always helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Ms. Sara, who was very kind and took great care of us during our stay. We recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again!

Superb hotel

The rooms are big and super clean. At night it feels completely silent which provides a good rest. Hotel and rooms are modern with nice amenities. Next to hotel there is a mall with restaurants in case that you don't eat at the hotel. Overall, a very nice, clean, comfortable and modern hotel.

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed it stay. One of the good features was the included breakfast which was was very convenient. Staff were friendly as well. They do also provide an option for airport shuttle (costs almost 2.5 times a taxi) which is worth it for larger groups.

A little outside of the main city. Right next to two malls which are okay. The nicer malls are about a 10-minute drive. Staff is nice and the buffet breakfast is very nice. Rooms are small but is very clean and modern.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the doorman and he opened the taxi and carried my bags to the room. The doorman was very helpful on directions/information. Reception was great and honored VIP status with upgrade/breakfast. Sara, concierge, was very knowledgeable and welcoming, always had a smile on. Spa was very clean and modern. Spa reception was great on working on reservations and very polite. Breakfast was plentiful and hot/fresh. Room was modern/clean and bed was comfortable. Stay was very nice and the staff deserves a big thank you for paying attention to the details for customer satisfaction.

Very nice property for business travelers. However, despite 5 stars, you may encounter certain (rather minor) issues with upkeep. For example, as some reviews already mentioned here on this site - problems with AC. It was too hot for me at 24 C in the middle of January , the problem became apparent only after midnight, and nothing helped like turning off the AC or opening the windows as hot air somehow continued to come in via ventilation. On the bright side, the most amazing experience was the spa with great facilities and affordable quality massage therapies. I can definitely recommend Gunesh for travelers with major back/neck pain issues. Also, special thanks to Sara from Guest Relations for helping navigating Ankara and very attentive service overall. Lastly, I want to thank the Bar & Restaurant stuff, especially Sadik at the Bar for dealing with issues like sold out/missing items in the menu.

I enjoyed my stay at the Crown Plaza immensely. Sara and most of the staff were not only helpful and knowledgeable, but, especially Sara - the property fairy godmother, went out of her way to make sure guests were accommodated 100%! She gets a 6-star rating!
