Very pleased with my stay here, very clean and warm( it was -1 outside) I chose this location for access to the Philippine embassy which is in the area, as are many others. Unfortunately there is NO restaurant facility ( I don’t include breakfast in this) despite the implication that there is in the rooms as they provide a qr code too access the menu. So for eating exit the hotel and turn right down to the main road then right again. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and a large supermarket within about 5-10min walk.

Think twice before you rent here

The worst hotel I ever been. Smell like cigarettes. Couldn’t sleep at night. I had to use mask. Front desk person claim that my reservation was the cheapest and couldn’t change room. Stains of burn carpet for cigarette in the floor and stains of who know what. Everything old. Half of the lights didn’t work. I didn’t expect to be perfect because I did the reservation with hotels.com and I choose the most inexpensive option as I only stay one night with my son, but at least a room where everything work and doesn’t smell is the least you can expect. I think hotels.com needs to review the hotels that they are working with in Turkey because it is really a horrible experience.

Grand Nora Hotel’de 1 gece konakladık. Kısa bir konaklama olmasına rağmen genel olarak ortalama bir deneyim yaşadık. Otel merkezi bir konumda, ulaşım açısından rahat ve çevresinde market, kafe, restoran gibi seçenekler bulunuyor. Giriş işlemleri hızlıydı, resepsiyon personeli yardımcı ve nazikti. İlk izlenim olarak otel temiz, düzenli ve genel alanlar bakımlı görünüyor. Oda konfor açısından yeterliydi, yatak rahattı ve nevresimler temizdi. Eşyalar yeni sayılır, klima sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Ancak oda biraz küçük ve ses yalıtımı zayıf, koridordan gelen sesler zaman zaman duyulabiliyor. Banyoda sıcak su sürekli vardı, havlular temizdi, fakat banyo alanı da oldukça sınırlıydı. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi ve yeterliydi. Hemen hemen her şey vardı peynir çeşitleri, zeytin çeşitleri , yumurta, reçel çeşitleri, çay ve kahve vs. her şey bulunuyordu. Lezzet açısından beklentiyi karşılıyor, ancak çeşit biraz artırılabilir. Fiyat-performans olarak değerlendirince genel hizmet seviyesi makul. Personel misafirlere karşı ilgili, yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Uzun tatiller için çok ideal sayılmaz ama iş seyahatleri, kısa süreli kalışlar ya da şehir içi geziler için uygun bir otel. Sessiz bir konaklama arayanlar için biraz hareketli olabilir, fakat genel olarak temiz, güvenli ve ulaşımı kolay bir seçenek. Kısacası Grand Nora Hotel, kısa süreli konaklamalar için yeterli, temiz ve güvenli bir otel. Fiyatına göre sunduğu hizmet tatmin edici, ancak oda yalıtımı ve kahvaltı çeşitliliği geliştirilebili

Tek eksiklik simit poğaça gibi seçenekler yoktu. Çalışana sorduğumuzda, pazar sabahı bu seçeneklerin olmadığı, hafta içi bulunduğu ifade edildi.

Cold it was!!

When I got at the Grand Nora, I was welcomed with opened arms, booked in and went to my room, then I received a room that I did not book. Went to reception and the person at the desk did not want to change it, the manager came and he changed the room for me. I went to the restaurant, nice, clean and cozy, the waiter was very friendly but I had to wait for longer that half an hour to receive my food. Food was delicious but I like my food more spicy and could have had extra on it. When I wanted to take a bath, the water was cold. So, cold it was. In general all is good and when you go on a short business trip in that area, I would refer it. For a family holiday it is too far out the center of town and places to visit.

Berbat yataklar dökülen duvarlar, sabah kahvaltısını personelle birlikte yapıyorsunuz birbirleriyle çığlık çığlık şakalaşmasalar ekmeği sen alacaktın ben alacaktım tartışması yapmasalar ve elbette kahvaltı adına bir iki tad olsa daha iyi olurdu. En hoşnutsuz deneyimlerimden biriydi, uzak durun.

Özellikle sessizlik arayanlar için duvarlar biraz ince. Yan odadan çok ses geliyordu resepsiyona iletince uyardılar problem çözüldü ama diğer aile pek oralı olmayabilirdi. Otelin altında meyhane var ama bize problem olmadı. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü idi genel olarak memnun kaldık. wifi odada pek çekmiyordu.
