"Pictures are deceiving! This place is rundown and dirty. Trash all in the halls, what looked like vomit in several places on the floor. Paid for a suite and was given a regular room. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that sometimes it changes your room after you've booked it. I was not offered a refund or any compensation for the $50 difference in rooms. Halls smelled of cigarettes even though it's a smoke free property. When you go out the side door, there's trash and cigarette butts all over the ground and not just a little bit. The shower water was warm at best. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. You could here loud people all night though. "
