Best Western provided a clean comfortable room for our stay at Annapolis. There was plentiful parking and the staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and centrally located. I would definitely recommends this establishment

We've stayed at this hotel at least 20 times, despite being in the corner, in the back near the highway, we've found that the rooms are consistently clean and cozy. In the summer, the pool is awesome. And the breakfast is great. We'll be back

The staff was first rate. Accidentally was given a smoking room but we were given a great, non smoking room quickly. The room was very clean and had a good night's sleep. The attentive staff was a pleasure. It's difficult to find people of that caliber anywhere....good job!

The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. It served our needs for a quick visit to Annapolis. There is no elevator so that could be an issue for the disabled or elderly.

The room was immaculately clean, the most important issue, and check-in was pleasant. So staff is doing a good job with what they’ve got. But this facility is old. The room was small, felt shabby, and was dark. A bit of paint peeling in areas. OK for a quick trip when you just want a clean bed and bathroom, but not even average compared to other Best Westerns we’ve stayed at.
