"We planned to stay here for the last night of our trip so we could go into Geneva for the evening. When we arrived there was a very festive Christmas market right outside the door, so we stayed in Annemasse and had the best time at the market! Everyone was so friendly as well. We had trouble getting in the main door because Google translate took out the last part of the code (beware if you use this feature!) This was totally our fault, but the owner was very quick to respond and help us figure...

"Key was not left to access property. No communication. Had to book another hotel for a place to stay. There is no reception desk and the common areas of what I did see were filthy. Very very disappointing. "

"The apartment was very nice and the staff accommodating. We had a loud guest above us on our first night, and the staff immediately gave us a top floor room, no fuss at all. We'd definitely stay there again. Location is excellent. Parking is difficult and expensive, but that's not specific to this property....that's the whole area. "

"Property parking was not convenient and instructions for.parking were not clear. Instructions for HVAC system and television were also difficult to discern and required staff assistance. Americans use ice in their drinks and it was NOT AVAILABLE. The bartender did not want to provide more than a cupfull. WE ARE USED TO ICE BUCKETS"
