The room was fantastic. The gentleman at the counter when we checked in whose name starts with a Ugur was unbelievable helpful with our stay, attractions and public transportation. The bed was the best we have had in Switzerland.

The location was excellent.

We were given an upgrade to a suite as it was our wedding anniversary, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. The suite was huge and beautiful, with a balcony giving fabulous views across the city.

I absolutely loved the view from the double doors in my room and its balcony, the comfortable bed, the silence between my room and others (I was only on floor 3 but it was very quiet), the grandeur of the hotel although it is almost like a slight pastiche of itself as some of it is a tiny bit jaded/faded. The carpet in my room and garishly tiled but classically designed bathroom are both approximately 40+ years old but I found really comforting as it reminded me of staying at my grandparents! I had dinner and it was absolutely impeccable Service and food and would highly recommend. The reception desk were very efficient and helpful. I loved staying here and would love to come back. Highly recommend.

This hotel was very unique. We loved the lobby area with a reading space, chatting area with seating and fun colors. The room was great. However, the beds were very hard. This must be a European thing as we are from the states. Great stay though!
