"We had a really enjoyable week at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The all-inclusive option was great value, and overall we had a relaxing and positive experience. The only small downside was that the buffet options for breakfast, lunch and dinner became a little repetitive over the week, although the food itself was of good quality and nicely presented. "On a quick visit to Crete we stayed here and enjoyed the property. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Breakfast has good warm and cold options with fresh fruit and cafe quality coffee options. Its located very close to the city center of Heraklion, very easy walking to shopping and dining options. The view from our balcony was not great, but we were doing more exploring than sitting in the room. The neighborhood might appear to have some run down areas, but it felt really safe. Would highly recommend this property."
